For this project MBLC were appointed by a consortium to put together a bid to regenerate and manage a run down estate near the centre of Manchester, under the governments PFI housing initiative.
I was heavily involved with the project, attending numerous meetings with a wide variety of consortium members, council representatives and residents. I helped produce masterplan drawings and new buildings proposals, along with specifications for renewing existing housing stock. I also was responsible for the production and collation of drawings and schedules that formed the bid document, in close liaison with our client Carrilion.
