A total of 170 spaces are provided in a unique subterranean environment. Each of the visual amenity courtyards bring light and fresh air into this space and provide pockets of lush vegetation amongst the vehicles.
Access to the offices and surface above is provided by lifts and staircases. There is also auxiliary access to the bar area over looking the river to the east.
The parking level is also configured to allow access to the service court of the Maxwell building to the north.
