Dubai Healthcare City - Wellness Centre, Dubai, UAE This project formed phase 2 of the successful Dubai Healthcare City development which aims to provide world class healthcare facilities for local and visiting patients. The Wellness Centre is conceived as a self-contained campus containing a mix of buildings. These include several clinic 'clusters' to be rented to private practitioners, a central treatment pavilion and shopping and support facilities. The entire campus is contained by a moat featuring a series of fountains to provide a revitalising outdoor route for exercise in the harsh desert-like environment of the site located on the outskirts of Dubai.
